Sandwich Review in NYC #24 (Parm)
I've had this sandwich many years ago and at the time, it was the best meatball parm that I've had (not saying I'm an expert who has tried every meatball parm in the city, far from it). It was from Parm on Mulberry Street.
Now they just opened a location at a Doordash Kitchen (ghost kitchen) that's a few blocks away from me so I had to try it again. Meatball parm is a high floor sandwich to me, it's hard to do it poorly.
Good bread and good tender meatball. Solid. 3/4.
Market Notes
Bitcoin finally had its 90k wash... it lasted 3 seconds and only went to 89k. You had to be very hands on to scoop that up. None of my bids got hit. It's since rallied back to as high as 97k. What a lame move. That might just be it... it broke the level, didn't radet very deep, and reclaimed hard. That's a sign of strength usually. Not sure when new highs are coming, I don't have a great feel for that at the moment. I might buy back 50% of my sales from the past 3 weeks on the bid. Maybe bitcoin is just a mature asset now that won't have the same volatility swings or "harsh crypto winters" of the past? Who knows.
