Sandwich Review in NYC #21 (Park Slope Deli)
This is just a random place that had a promotion on UberEats so I took a chance at it. I wasn't going to go outside in snowing 20 degree weather at the time.
I got a chopped cheese that looked great on the app's menu and considerably less so in real time... not that appearance is everything in a sandwich. It's an NYC classic that started getting popular in the 2010s. It's also the deli's "#1 most liked" sandwich on the app, if that means anything.
It was a replacement value choppped cheese that was a little lacking in the cheese flavor but still a totally fine and solid lunch. Maybe I have to go to the Bronx to get a truly remarkable chopped cheese because I've had maybe 4 in my lifetime without remembering of them. I think I'd rather just eat a hamburger most of the time (note: I will not be reviewing hamburgers here, at least not yet. totally separate category, even if technically a sandwich).

Morning Notes: So bitcoin, the last time I wrote some notes on it, went over 100k again... and then violently back below... totally predictable. It's annoying how often it does this--it appears to be on its way for a major crack of support, barely brushes it, then somehow--out of nowhere--has 7 green candles in a row, punctuated by a 5% green day to 102k. I'm so bad at being the guy who can just draw a horizontal line at 92k and buy it with a stop below. To me, horizontal lines exist to be broken. I used to FOMO back into those if I sold too much at lower but at this point, I just don't even care anymore. It's at 100k... where was it supposed to go if you were long all year last year? Anyway, now the chart looks even worse and my outlook is the same. It will break that 91k at some point.
